The spaces we live in shape us.

Let’s make yours feel like it was made for you.

Thoughtful interior design for remodels, custom homes, and finish-driven spaces across Denver, the Front Range, and Colorado’s mountain communities.

Home: Welcome

What I Believe

I believe our environments shape us more than we realize — our habits, our creativity, our sense of calm, and our capacity for connection. Light, materials, layout, texture — these aren’t just design decisions. They’re the quiet architecture of daily life.

Urban Selections & Design exists to bring that kind of intention to residential spaces.

I work with homeowners, builders, and contractors to make the decisions that matter most — the ones that define how a home actually looks, feels, and lives for years to come.

MY FOCUS AREAS

Space Planning & Layout

How a space flows shapes everything else.

I start with function — how you move through a room, how it connects to the rest of the home — and build the design from there.

Cabinetry & Interior Detailing

Cabinetry is the backbone of a kitchen, bath, or built-in.

I develop layouts and details that are both beautiful and buildable — designed to last, not just to photograph well.

Materials & Finish Selections

The materials you choose determine the character of your home.

I help you narrow, coordinate, and commit to a finish palette that feels cohesive, grounded, and distinctly yours.

A boutique approach with thoughtful, buildable direction

Urban Selections & Design is led by me, Laura.

I bring a designer’s eye, a planner’s mind, and a genuine belief that a well-designed home should feel intentional, comfortable, and deeply connected to the people living in it.
